Cases are of course brought in courts local to where incidents occur. In the North West for example VOSA prosecute through a number of courts on the M62 and M6 corridors. These include Rochdale, Liverpool, Leyland, Kendal and Penrith. I enjoy relatively easy access to all these places.
I believe in taking full detailed instructions and preparing the case thoroughly; this will involve attending at the road scene where the nature of the offence demands it.
